❤ Gnomo Escandinavo - Scandinavian Gnome

Este es el último de los amigurumis que hice estas navidades. Un señor gnomo escandinavo. 

Llevo unos cuantos años viendo estos gnomos por todos los sitios, sin duda la cultura escandinava está de moda pero a mí nunca me dieron mucho más. Creo que es porque no se les ven los ojos, de hecho estuve tentada a modificar un poco el patrón, subirle un poco el gorro en la zona de la nariz y añadir un par de ojitos. Al final decidí dejarlo así. Realmente cuando ví este patrón, simplemente me gustó. Fué el primer amigurumi que hice en diciembre y se pasó gran parte del mes ahí sentado en la mesa del comedor hasta que lo empecé a reemplazarlo por manteles bonitos, comidas y juegos en familia y demás decoración navideña.

Me gustó la forma en la que está hecha la barba y las rayas de los brazos y piernas, enroscando el hilo. Son dos cosas que nunca había hecho en amigurumis hasta ahora.

El patrón es de Firefly Crochet. Lo hice con algodón Keops de Lanas Valeria y con Happy Cotton de DMC.

This is the last of my Christmas Amigurumis from last year. A Mr Scandinavia Gnome.

I've been seeing these gnomes everywhere for a few years, without a doubt Scandinavian culture is in fashion right now, but I really didn't like them very much. I think it is because their eyes cannot be seen, in fact I was tempted to modify the pattern a bit, raise the hat and add a couple of eyes.  Finally I decided to leave it like that. Actually when I saw this pattern, I just liked it. It was the first amigurumi I made in December and it spent most of the month sitting there at the dining room table until I started to replace him with beautiful tablecloths, family meals, games and other Christmas decorations.

I like how the beard is made and the stripes of arms and legs. Never did an amigurumi like that before and I enjoyed it.
