❤ Tarta de Queso - Cheesecake

¡Feliz Viernes! Todavía es noviembre... ya os contaba en el post anterior que estaba un poco saturada de ver ya la navidad en tantas fotos de Instagram. A mi no me gusta que el periodo navideño empiece hasta que no se acabe noviembre. Yo todavía, si el tiempo lo permite, doy paseos al sol y me siento en el jardín. Todavía pienso en calabazas, nueces, avellanas, castañas, setas y atardeceres de luz dorada. No me gusta apurar los meses,  me gusta vivir el presente.

Es verdad que los diseñadores de patrones, revistas etc... tienen que enseñar sus trabajos antes para que se puedan realizar a tiempo para las fiestas pero de eso a ver ya casas totalmente decoradas y con el árbol ya puesto a mí me da pereza. 

Ya he empezado los patrones más bonitos que he ido viendo por ahí y también tengo una buena lista de cosas chulas que me quiero hacer. Además estoy preparando algún patrón navideño, por lo general, voy guardando ideas y patrones para hacerlas cuando empieza diciembre, cuando llueve mucho y hace frío y ya no se puede estar fuera. Mi mente todavía está en otoño y apesar de que he sacado alguna decoración navideña para acompañar alguna de mis fotos, las he vuelto a meter en la caja con las demás. Prefiero esperar. 

Cuando empiece diciembre os empezaré a enseñar fotos de las cosas que he ido haciendo hasta ahora y de un par de patrones que tengo preparados pero de momento, todavía es noviembre.

Esta tarta de queso la hice el fin de semana pasado para merendar, yo no soy fan de las tartas de queso pero la tuve que hacer a petición popular en casa. La verdad que salió muy rica y me gustaría recomendárosla. La receta es de Velocidad Cuchara "Tarta de queso La Viña".

Happy Friday! It's still november... I already told you in the previous post that I was a little saturated from seeing so much Christmas deco at Instagram photos. I don't like to be in Christmas mood until december. I am still taking walks by the sun and sit in the garden when the weather allows me to do it. I still think in pumpkins, walnuts, hazelnuts, chesnuts, mushrooms and golden light sunsents. I don't like to push the months I like to live the present.

It is true that pattern desingners and maganiznes have to show their work before so we can make handmade gifts in time for holidays but what I don't like to see is fully decorated houses and the trees already plance in. 

I have already started the most beautiful patterns that I have been seeing out there and I also have a good list of cool things that I want to do. In addition, I am getting ready Christmas patterns too. I use to keep the ideas and the patterns to make during december, when it rains and it is so cold that you can't stay outside. My mind is still in the fall and even I have to take out some chritmas deco out for some of my photos I put them back in the box, I'd rather wait. 

When december begins I will start posting Christmas photos, maybe I can handle one photo per day, it will be fun. I have been doing a couple of patterns that I want to show you too. But, for now, let's enjoy november.

I made this cheesecake last weekend, I am not a fan of cheesecakes but I had to make it for my family as a request at  home. The truth is that it tasted really good so I just want to recommended it. Recipe (in spanish) is from Velocidad Cuchara "La Viña Cheesecake".
